Our Sugarcane Jaggery is crafted with care using age-old traditional methods that preserve its authentic taste, texture, and nutritional value. The process begins with the selection of fresh, high-quality sugarcane sourced directly from trusted local farmers. The harvested canes are thoroughly cleaned to remove dust and impurities before being crushed to extract the natural juice.

The freshly extracted sugarcane juice is then filtered to remove fine particles and is poured into large open pans, where it is boiled over traditional wood-fired furnaces. As the juice heats, it slowly thickens, and the natural scum that rises to the surface is removed manually to ensure purity. The constant stirring and skimming are done by skilled workers who monitor the texture, aroma, and consistency at every stage.

Once the juice reaches the right concentration, it turns into a thick, golden-brown syrup with a rich caramel aroma. This thick syrup is then poured into molds or spread onto flat surfaces to cool and solidify naturally. After cooling, it is cut into uniform blocks or crushed into powder form, depending on the requirement.

Unlike refined sugar, no chemicals, bleaching agents, or synthetic additives are used in this process. This ensures that all natural nutrients — including iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and antioxidants — remain intact, making our jaggery not only flavorful but also highly nutritious.
